We have first-hand experience with the difficult task of specifying business requirements. We have stuggled with “where to start” and “what to say” - trying to eliminate the blank page when provided with the usual requirements templates. In addition, we also know how difficult it is to sort through the hodge-podge of information that is often provided to IT managers as business requirements.
Ronald
B. Baldwin, Founder. Mr. Baldwin is a founding shareholder
of Facilitaire, and President. As a founder of Facilitaire and one
of the architects of Facilitaire’s vision, Mr. Baldwin oversees all
facets of Facilitaire’s business. Mr. Baldwin has a Masters of
Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Mr.
Baldwin has worked in the Information Technology field for nearly
20 years. Prior to founding Facilitaire, Mr. Baldwin has expertise
in IT management spanning telecommunications, banking and financial
services industries.
Mr. Baldwin’s experience in both IT and non-IT industries provides
him with a unique opportunity to understand the deficiencies in
requirements gathering that exist in business today.
Sandy
A. Brasher, Founder. Ms. Brasher is also a founding
shareholder of Facilitaire. Ms. Brasher is the Executive
Vice-President of Facilitaire. Ms. Brasher oversees the technical
development of Facilitaire’s products. leveraging nearly a decade
of experience in managing Information Technology. Ms. Brasher has a
Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of
Alabama at Birmingham.
The technical know-how and experience that Ms. Brasher brings to
Facilitaire, coupled with her distinctive career path, education
and entrepreneurial spirit, make her a key component to the
development and success of Facilitaire and its
products.
